When will my order arrive?
Most orders arrive within 8-10 business days. Shipping is free.
Why does it take a few days before it ships?
Every piece is printed after you order it. Nothing sits in a box waiting — which means a few days at the start, and nothing wasted at the end.
Do you ship outside the United States?
Not yet. I'm sorry. I hope to bring Mimondo to you, too.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Write to me as soon as you can at hello@mimondoworld.com. If it hasn't gone into production yet, I can stop it. If it has, I can't pull it back — but the sixty days above covers you completely.
What size should I order?
The size guide has the measurements for every piece, and how to check against something you already own.
Do the sweatshirts fit like the tees?
No. The tees are cut for women. The sweatshirts and the hoodie are unisex and run smaller than you'd expect — at the same size label, only about two inches roomier in the chest than a tee. If you want more room, take the next size up.
Will it shrink?
Cotton shrinks a little in the first wash. Cold water and a low dryer keep that to a minimum.
What if the size is wrong?
Write to me at hello@mimondoworld.com. and tell me which size you need and a new one comes to you, free. You have sixty days, and there is nothing to send back — keep the first one, or pass it to someone who needs it.
What if it arrives damaged, or the print isn't right?
Write to me at hello@mimondoworld.com and I'll send you a replacement. There's nothing to send back. I may ask you for a photo afterwards — that's for the printer, not a condition of replacing it.
How does the print hold up?
The printing is direct-to-garment, so the ink goes into the fabric rather than sitting on top of it. You feel the cotton, not the print — and it softens with the shirt rather than lifting away from it. Wash it with cold water and inside out, and keep the iron off the words.
Can I buy this for someone else?
Yes, and many people will. Put her address in at checkout and it goes straight to her. There's a card inside every order, for the moment before she puts it on. I can't add a note from you yet, so if you'd like her to know it came from you, send her a message yourself. If anything needs sorting out afterwards, write to me at hello@mimondoworld.com and I'll take care of it with you, since the order is yours.
What if I don't know her size?
If you know her size, order it. If you don't, ask her, or order the size you think is closest. If it's wrong, write to me and a new one goes to her, free, and there's nothing to send back.
I want to send something, but I'm afraid of saying the wrong thing.
Then choose the gentlest phrase of the six. She should feel accompanied, not read. If you're unsure, You don't have to carry it alone asks nothing of her and says the one thing most people need to hear.
