Shipping

Shipping is free on every order within the United States.

Made to order

Every Mimondo piece is made after you order it. We don't hold stock, and nothing is printed before someone asks for it. That adds a few days before yours is on its way, and we'd rather be open about it than have it come as a surprise.

How long it takes

Your piece is made in two to five business days, then spends three to five business days with the carrier. Most orders arrive within eight to ten business days.

Tracking

You'll receive an email with tracking as soon as your piece ships. If you've ordered more than one, they may arrive separately — nothing is missing.

Where we ship

Everywhere in the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. If your address is a PO box or a military address, write to us before you order and we'll confirm it can be delivered.

We don't ship internationally yet.

If something goes wrong

If you notice a mistake in your address, write to us at hello@mimondoworld.com straight away — we can correct it as long as your piece hasn't gone into production.

Once your order is with the carrier, the timing is out of our hands. If it's running late, or the tracking hasn't moved in a few days, tell us and we'll follow it up.

If it never arrives, tell us and we'll send another one.
